Role -Telesales Consultant
Location - Maidstone
Salary £18k + Commission
Connect2Staff are currently seeking an experienced outbound telesales consultant to join a well-established business in the surrounding area of Maidstone.
This is a full time, permanent position paying a £18K which comes with a great commission package.
As a Consultant your role is to continue to help the business grow and acquire and develop a portfolio of business customers through outbound B2B selling. You will be responsible for the full sales process, from contacting prospective customers
You must have experience working in B2B sales, outbound calling and working towards targets/KPIs
Candidate Expectations
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent
* Highly motivated to succeed
* Ability to Build Rapport with Customers
* Strong Questioning & Listening Skills
* Ability to Handle Customer Objections
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
