Exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer service and organisational skills to join our Retail team.

You will be the key point of contact for the commercial office, delivering excellent levels of service and communication internally to our shops and volunteers, and externally to our customers in Retail, supporters and suppliers.

Using your experience in coordinating and managing processes, data and systems you will be responsible for administrative tasks, analysing data to support marketing initiatives, providing assistance to the retail charity shops and dealing with customer queries, always offering great customer service. You will also be coordinating our online retail shops which include our website, eBay and more. Good ICT skills including Microsoft Office and desktop publishing/design are essential.
