We are a specialist Recruitment agency that is dedicated to providing exceptional Service Levels both to the companies that we work with and the Contractors that we support.
Most of what we do revolves around placing highly talented IT, Technology, Marketing and Change Management Contractors into challenging roles and exciting projects. The Company’s success is driven from an in-depth knowledge of recruitment within technical markets and specialised business sectors focusing around Digital technology, Energy Trading and the more traditional Corporate sector. Combining this expertise with transparent, sensible pricing levels and a database that is not available anywhere else in the world makes Eaglecliff Recruitment unique.
With an exceptionally busy last six months, we are now looking to start to expand our team once more while still working remotely. This is a great opportunity to work with a dedicated team of Recruitment Consultants working within a Professional Services environment with a focus on Service Delivery and excellence in everything that we do. From initial contact with Eaglecliff Recruitment over the telephone through every stage of the Recruitment lifecycle and beyond, the whole company has a commitment to ensuring that our Contractors and Clients all receive a positive experience at all times.
This is a busy role where you will be involved in helping to prepare CV’s, writing job advertisements, collating weekly updates of job requisitions, monitoring advertising spend, updating the company’s web-site, marketing and composing presentations. This all involves a huge amount of interaction with the team as you will be an integral part of the success of the company, working with an ISO accredited environment.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years’ experience working within a similar role or have a strong background within a customer-centred environment with strong Administration skills gained. Your attention to detail is what is key here and a desire to work within a team that provides only the very highest of Service Levels. You also need to be highly organised and happy to work as a team, which often involves helping with other duties such as generally keeping the office running smoothly.
We are a small team of around 15 and we offer a great work-hard, play-hard environment with a focus on dedication and hard work that is always rewarded. We are all working remotely but are hoping to be able to return to our offices in Sevenoaks before much longer, where we have lovely offices and on-site car parking facilities.
