Experienced Call Handlers are required to work part time (16 hours a week) for our busy client in Sittingbourne - this is office based as the role cannot be conducted remotely
Duties will include:
* Taking incoming telephone calls
* Answering queries about the service
* Organising any orders
* Recording information on the database
* Discussing product queries
It is essential that you have worked in a similar role, with fantastic communication skills as well as being IT literate. You will be self motivated with experience of working to call targets.
