Ready for something new?

We’re looking for someone who can make a difference in local communities.

We have a vacancy for a proactive, outgoing and organised person with a passion for volunteering to join the Imago team. In this role you will recruit and manage volunteers for our community transport service and other projects.

You will help develop services by increasing the number of volunteers, meeting demand and enabling growth in new areas. There will be opportunities to organise and deliver promotional and volunteer recruitment activities, and you will manage volunteer applications, interviews and induction. It’s important that volunteers have a great experience with Imago, so you will ensure they feel supported and valued throughout the process.

Applicants should have relevant professional or personal experience of volunteering or working with communities, and have an understanding of the positive impact volunteering can have on the individual.

You should be confident in using social media, developing marketing materials, speaking, delivering presentations and developing networks. Attention to detail is a key skill and you will maintain excellent records using our bespoke database.

You will be based at our Sevenoaks office and cover wider areas so your own car is essential for this role.

Be part of something amazing.
