This role would suit an experienced accounts administrator or finance assistant looking for an alternative, varied role with huge involvement in a legal department, providing financial administration support.
Enjoy working to manage client-related accounts, provide financial reviews and deal with personal information and affairs. Process payments and maintain records accurately. Attention to detail and integrity is key in this role.
Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting duties are involved, so good use of Excel and databases would be required.
The ideal person will have a positive 'can do' attitude to work in a team, whist also having a self-motivated approach to undertake individual workloads. Attention to detail and a thorough approach is also important.
- Experience in bookkeeping and accounts is required.
- Professional services exposure would be preferred, but all backgrounds/industries will be considered.
