Our client based in Queenborough, Kent is recruiting for Temporary Workers to work in various departments to include: Compound, Valet, PDI, Customisation and Quality Control. All positions requiring the candidate to have a Full UK Driving License as you will be required to drive/move the vehicles.

The positions may involve one of the following responsibilities depending on the department required:

Collect designated vehicle from Sheerness Docks, bring the vehicle back along to the Compound with the correct paperwork to the company - dewrapping vehicles

Checking the car for any faults (checking tyre pressure, battery, water level etc)

Professionally cleaning brand new vehicles including windows/wheels and mirrors, Using high pressure steam cleaners to clean exterior/wheels using polish on the bodywork.

Checking over the vehicle – must have excellent computer literacy as logging information from the vehicle onto the computer system (using Excel) also making sure all the correct documentation are with the vehicle

Checking everything that should be on or in the vehicle and making sure all other departments have completed work on the vehicles.

There will be certain criteria's due to insurance purposes which will be discussed upon registration. The role is temporary, good communication skills and good work ethics required.

Monday to Friday - general working hours required between 7am-5.30pm (subject to change) to include Saturdays 7am-1pm during busy periods.

Rate: £8.91 per hour / £9.21 per hour depending on the department.

*You will be required to wear a mask whilst working* plus full PPE (Safety Shoes/Boots and a Hi-Viz).
