Position: Finance & Payroll Assistant – Discovery Park
SALARY: up to £21,183.24 (pro rata 37 hours)
30 hour 18 month Fixed Term Contract available
We currently seek a Finance and Payroll Assistant to join our busy Finance team, based at our Head Office at Discovery Park. This post will be split between home and office, exact details to be agreed on appointment.
Duties will vary but will involve providing support to the current team, filing, maintaining databases, sales leger entries, payroll administration, data entry, recording payments and general office duties.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be confident in using computers and dealing with phone calls, with a good standard of literacy and numeracy. Exceptional organisation skills and a good attention to detail are also required.
Hours of work can be adapted to suit the candidate.
The post reports directly to the Head of Finance. A full induction and relevant training will be provided to the successful candidate. The ideal applicant will be available to start on the 17th May 2021.
