Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include collaborating with the team of consultants to effectively resource candidates for new roles as well as handling the administration involved in the recruitment process ie placing advertisement, screening candidates, building relationships, formatting CVs, setting up interviews, drafting contracts, completing pre employment compliance checks
