Customer Services Representative
New Malden
£20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
Full-Time Permanent
Carlton Recruitment is working with a great organisation who are recruiting for a Customer Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer product and service questions
• Place orders
• Assist finance team in the taking of Payments (mainly online but some via phone)
• Respond to all enquiries e.g. telephone, emails and face to face
• Investigate and solve any issues and report to customer with solutions where necessary
• Inform other departments of issues (confirmed or potential) in a timely manner
• Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
• Aid with the accessioning of samples that arrive
• Support other department
• Registering new clients and maintaining up to date information
• Any additional duties required to support the Customer Accounts departments
• Assist with other administrative duties across departments as required
Experience/ Requirements:
• Excellent telephone skills, including questioning, listening, establishing rapport
• Ability to learn and understand high volumes of product information
• Aptitude for learning and using new IT systems in order to log and retrieve customer information
• Strong Data Entry Skills essential
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Good administrative skills
• Confident communicator bother orally and in writing
• Able to deal confidently with people at all levels and develop positive working relationships with team members and colleagues
• Attention to detail and accuracy
