Service Administrator / Location Hersden, Kent. / Full Time / Salary NEG
Due to location, own transport is required, salary is negotiable depending on experience.
37.5hrs per week
Experienced Administrator required who enjoys a varied role and prepared to undertake new challenges every day. Self-motivated, initiative, and extremely good communication both written and verbal are a necessity. Someone who poses the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Any issues which arise around office resource or administrative points, you will more than likely take ownership of and deal with the situation.
Administrative experience within the fire & security industry would be advantageous, however, is not required.
Typical duties:
Emails – Monitoring / Sorting Mail & Office Deliveries
Making and receiving telephone calls, relay messages, forward appropriately
Draft, format, and print relevant documentation.
Maintaining stock levels and placing orders for office supplies as required
Frequent interaction with company directors, supporting their requests.
Photocopying and filing
Diary Management - Scheduling / Booking Appointment.
Communicating with Accounts and other professional bodies.
Essential Attributes:
Great attention to detail.
The ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent organisational & communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as a team player.
Willing to show initiative.
A thorough and methodical approach to your work.
MS Proficient Outlook / Word / Excel - Essential
Own Transport - Essential
Prior Administration Experience – Preferably Service Industry.
ISO Standards – Not essential but some knowledge beneficial
