Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator for our client based in Hersden.
Working hours: 37.5 hours a week
Pay rate: Circa £20,000 dependent on experience
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm, where you can play a key part in their growth and success.
The successful candidate will be a motivated and competent administraor, and should be able to demonstrate the following:
• The ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent organisational & communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as a team player.
• Willing to show initiative.
• A thorough and methodical approach to your work.
• MS Proficient Outlook / Word / Excel - Essential
Duties can include, but aren’t limited to:
• Emails – Monitoring / Sorting Mail & Office Deliveries
• Answering and dealing with a variety of incoming calls
• Draft, format, and print relevant documentation
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
• Liaising with company directors, supporting their needs.
• Photocopying and filing
• Diary Management - Scheduling / Booking Appointment
• Communicating with Accounts and other professional bodies
Due to the location of our client, you will need your own transport.
