We are looking for full or part time support workers to join our growing company that provide support to both people with learning disabilities and mental health diagnosis.
We support people to ‘Live the life they choose’ by promoting and developing independent skills. We support with medication, activities, support to maintain relationships, support to gain employment or education, support with life skills, support with personal care and support to seek new opportunities in and out of the community.
Were looking for people who are proactive, who can use their initiative, motivated, caring and those who seek a challenge.
We provide in house training both face-to-face and E-learning plus offer nationally recognised qualifications that enables our team to build their own career path.
Our team work on a rota pattern that covers days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Plus, overnight ‘sleep in cover’
• Average full-time salary is £22.109 PA
• Weekly Covid-19 testing
• Contracted positions with annual leave benefits.
• Company pensions
• Company reward systems
• Positions available in and around Tonbridge.
Ideal candidates would have experience in health and social care, have a basic understanding of IT and able to drive, however this is not essential.
Interviews will be held on Microsoft teams.
