A fantastic opportunity is now available to be a part of the Subway team as a Store Manager.
As a Subway Store Manager your main responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant on a daily basis. Our focus is to give our customers the best possible satisfaction on each and every visit to our store. Main duties include, managing and motivating your team, getting involved with food preparation, serving our loyal customers, performing stock checks, equipment checks, cash handling, banking, ensuring health and safety and food safety standards are adhered to at all times, keeping the restaurant clean and tidy and rush ready.
We are looking for highly motivated, friendly, customer focused, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and have great leadership skills. Previous experience in a leadership role is essential as you will be managing a team of people on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be confident, outgoing and enjoy a hands on approach whilst working in a fast paced environment. You will have some basic computer skills, good communication skills, flexible, willing to learn and strive for results with a friendly can do attitude. Some knowledge of food safety, health and safety along with experience of working within a food retail environment needed.
You will be provided uniform and will be entitled to heavily discounted food depending on shift duration. The position is full time and permanent, with evening / weekend work essential as part of the job.
