Your new role
To provide relevant and accurate management information, whether that be financial, operational or marketing related, to operational personnel to help them make effective management decisions. Deliver timely and accurate management accounts, cash and profit forecasts and budgets. Responsibility for the governance and control processes in the business. Ownership of the development and data integrity of the management information systems within the businesses. Leadership and management of the small accounts teams. Working closely with the Company MD, Group FC & Group Operations Director, you will gain fantastic exposure across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
The role would suit an ambitious and energetic self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and values having a variety of work and business issues to cover. You should be strong technically with good financial governance and process skills. You should be collaborative and a great communicator, passionate about the role that finance can play in helping drive business growth. You should be well versed in working with large amounts of data and providing in-depth, meaningful analysis of this data. The role will therefore require exceptional IT and data skills.
