Based just outside of London, Lesser & Pavey Ltd are a leading Gift & Homeware importer with over 50 years in the industry. Home to our exclusive brands 'L&P Home & Gifts' and 'The Leonardo Collection’.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the L&P Design Studio. In this fast paced department, you will be working on diverse products, ranging from Ceramic Homewares to Novelty Gift items. The role will entail creating product visualisations, packaging design, packaging mock-ups for review and create print-ready artwork for production.

You will be instrumental in developing inspiring designs for not only a broad product base, but a diverse customer base also. You will be working collaboratively, in our design studio, with Senior Designers, Directors and Clients, so self confidence is a must.

+ About you:
• You are a Graphic Designer with preferable experience of designing for the Gift Industry, Retail, or have a broad professional experience producing a wide range of graphic material.

• You will have ideally worked as part of a multi-disciplinary design team, delivering creative and exciting solutions and have a good understanding of related production techniques.

• You will be a skilled communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage concurrent projects and deliver to tight deadlines.

• You will be available to work in-house with our design team.

• Competent in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Good visualisation skills
• Great communication skills
• Social Media experience preferable
• Web experience preferable but non-essential
• The ability to create physical packaging mock-ups
• Be adaptable to an ever changing schedule
