Revolution Beauty are looking for an IT Support Technician to support our team across the business. You'll provide technical support, both on site and remotely and troubleshoot problems across multiple systems and applications. We're looking for someone with a great combination of technical and customer service skills, with a flexible approach and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do...
• Act as the first and second level technical support for clients using Windows PC and Macs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems including issues with email, TCP/IP, internet, PC’s, Mac’s, Wi-Fi, browsers, peripherals, software, both OS and 3rd party apps.
• Diagnosis of windows systems and cloud applications.
• Set up, migration and management of Office 365 applications.
• Keep company equipment and supplies organised and in working order
• Support all teams and clients in a professional and organised
• Stay current on technical solutions, software developments and general IT.
• Escalate advanced network and server issues
• Any other task relating to the company’s IT and technology infrastructure.

What you'll need...
• Troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues across Client and Server platforms, (PC and Mac)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise with the determination to meet deadlines and expectations
• Ability to think on your feet and react positively to any situation
• Experience working within an IT Service Desk Team
• Experience supporting remote clients via the telephone and remote tools
• Experience of providing deskside support to clients
• Experience of supporting Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms
• Understanding of all IT infrastructure principles.
• WAN and LAN TCP/IP networking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems.
• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft suite applications.
• Experience of transitioning to a full cloud-based infrastructure
• Ability to convey technical instruction or training
