Our client based in Ramsgate are looking for a customer service focused individual who puts the customer at the heart of what they do. Working with the external sales executives you will be helping customers with their orders and quotes and be providing customers with relevant information and new offers within the business.
You will be developing relationships with existing clients but also actively seeking new sales opportunities and you will be a person who is an effective communicator, being a first pint of contact for all customers.
About the role
* Taking incoming calls and orders, creating invoices and providing quotes
* Provide a high level of administrative support, use of the database to upload information and deal with a range of enquiries, telephone calls and emails
* Taking payments, basic accounting administration and processing of orders
* Be able to work in a busy environment, able to deal with customers quickly and efficiently
About You
* Confident telephone manner
* Demonstrable customer service experience
* IT Proficient such as MS packages and Excel
* Previous sales or account management experience
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Flexible working attitude, hardworking and proactive
This role is office based, 5 day week including Monday-Saturday (currently on rota 1 Saturday in 3) the salary on offer is competitive with the possibility of a bonus, 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
