My client is a growing company seeking to add an Accounts Assistant to their business on a permanent part time basis. This is a newly created position due to company growth resulting in increased workloads. This is an exciting time to be joining my client with lots of excellent future opportunities.
Job Description
The core responsibilities include:
-Purchase and Sales Ledger
-CIS and subcontractor experience are key
-Bank reconciliations
-Preparing payment runs
-Verify timesheets
-Prepare weekly payroll reports for Finance Manager
-Add new suppliers to the finance system
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will:
-Ideally be working towards AAT or have similar experience
-Have excellent communication skills
-Drive and have their own transport
-Have excellent attention to detail
