We’re looking for a graphic designer to grow with the business who can be a valued member of our small but growing team.


The role:

In the role of Junior Graphic Designer/Design Assistant you will work with the Head of Design and Marketing and will be involved in all aspects of digital design and social media marketing. You will be fully supported and offered continued professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills.
Your role will include design and development of the following (but not limited to);

Brand marketing development
Design of marketing collateral
Design of social media content for articles/blog posts (LinkedIn/Twitter)
Development of bespoke mixed media content for our immersive learning platform
Working closely with our consultants to develop bespoke training materials
Creation and updating brochures and other marketing documents.
Develop website content

Skills required

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint
Graphic design and typography skills
High level of attention to detail
Excellent English language skills, verbal and written communication
Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and to tight deadlines
