Due to expansion, we now require an additional person to work in our small but busy sales office.
The successful candidate will be a confident, adaptable, motivated and highly organised individual who shares our work ethic and commitment to outstanding client services.
Working within a busy professional environment, the role requires first class customer service skills, both in person over the telephone, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
Attractive salary package (dependent on experience). Five day working week (to include Saturdays).
Duties to included support our sales account managers by
Developing long term relationships with current customers through regular communication and excellent customer service
Advise customers regarding technical specification, design and application.
Become a technical expert in specific sectors.
Attend relevant industry and sector exhibitions.
Attend customer meetings
Qualifications and experience
Sales experience and/or customer service experience (Previous experience is not a pre-requisite but will be an advantage. )
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
