2nd Line Application Support Engineer
Flex Work (2 days in office, 3 from home post-covid)
The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a successful and growing Software House who provide a modern cloud-based solution to the NHS and Local Government sectors.
After their most successful year as a business throughout 2020, this organisation are looking to expand their technical team to support company growth and to further support their customers as they widen their UK footprint.

There is a lot of exciting projects going on within this company and they have some big plans for the near future so there has never been a better time to join.
They are currently hiring for a 2nd Line Application Support Engineer to lead their small but busy Application Support Function and be the senior point of escalation for their customers throughout the implementation process and of course after care. Within this role you will be within a very technical role but will also be customer facing so the ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator from a technical background covering 1st/2nd Line Support covering bespoke software/applications.
Outside of this you will be involved in internal and external projects working closely with their Dev team to work on automation in the cloud.
Windows Environment, Active Directory, Group Policy, Citrix, Azure, PHP/PowerShell, Agile. You will also be exposed to Networking and Security.
