Job Title: Sales Manager - Talking to Vetinerary practices

Location: Ashford, once full training is completed (approximately 3 months) you have the option to work from home

Salary: £20k + OTE £28k

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm

If you love building a rapport with customers over the telephone - particularly Veterinary practices then we have an ideal role for you. This company are expanding and would like Office Angels to recruit a Sales Manager for their team.

As the Sales Manager you will be expected to actively promote to allocated customers the range of products with the aim to achieve set targets. You will have responsibility for your own territory and should maintain telephone contact with the customers to develop business relationships, maintain current and secure new business.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be:

* Active Accounts: Make regular contact to maintain, grow and develop business, deal with any queries/problems and offer promotions/new products
* Prospect and Lapsed accounts; Diarise to call every prospect account on the database with the aim to open new business
* Process orders on the in-house database
* Share Industry Knowledge with the team
* Help train and support new starters as and when requested to do so
* Take an active role in submitting ideas to the Managing Director for the continuous improvement in selling techniques or departmental procedures

Experience and skills required for this position:

* Previous Telesales experience or experience working in a fast paced sales environment
* Proficient keyboard skills with excellent communication skills
* Self motivated, numerate and well organised to diarise to call back customers for example
