Infinity Fitness is a well-established gym with an excellent reputation and loyal membership base. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, customer service focused individual to oversee and provide direction on the facilities and day to day running of the club. The successful candidate with have excellent administration and organisation skills as well as a personable and friendly manner.
The job roll will include but not limited to,Recruiting, training and supervising staff as well as managing budgets and enhancing profitability for the club. The successful candidate will also organise and deliver an appropriate range of commercial minded ideas to push the club forward, keeping statistical, admin and financial records. Dealing with customer queries and complaints. Maintaining health and safety and cleanliness standards and all relevant documentation. Promoting the gym via social media and various other marketing streams.
