My client, a small but growing specialist manufacturer within Food and Pharma production, is looking to recruit up to 4 new people within their production team. This company has gone from strength to strength throughout lockdown and continue to grow, a very stable company.

We are looking for 2x Machine Operators, and 2x Packaging Assistants, who are used to working within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.

The role of Machine Operative includes:-

Setting and running your own individual machine to exact quality standards
Working on one of approx 20 specialist machines, manufacturing tablets or capsules
Working in a clean room environment, following strict H&S and quality protocols
The option of working either 4 or 5 days per week
The role of Packaging Assistant includes:-

Setting and running machines packing tablets into blister packs
Working within small teams filling pouches or tubs with powers
Ensuring all components are available for the job, including labels, boxes, lids etc
Working at a fast pace within strict H&S and compliance standards
These roles would suit candidates who have :-

Experience of working with machines, within fast-paced environments
An understanding of how machines 'work'
A willingness to learn how to set the machine for each production run
Excellent attention to detail, and who take pride in their work
