Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for our client based in Ashford.
Salary: £18,000 + commission (OTE of £30,000) – rising to £19,000 after successful competition of probation period.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Building and maintaining strong business relationships really is the key to success in this role as you’ll be selling a varied product range, using your sales skills to maximise orders, achieve monthly profit targets and secure repeat business.
Candidate Profile Essential requirements:
• Thrives in a fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Commercially minded with strong customer focus
• Experience gained within a Telesales, Sales or customer focused Contact Centre role
• Results driven
• Ability to work as part of a small team
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Package
• Proven ability to achieve stretching targets
