Are you an experienced Sales Coordinator looking for the next step in your career? Have you managed accounts and built up new and existing relationships with both internal and external customers? Job Description
Engaging with Martec clients both on and off site in a supporting role and independently where applicable as requested by the management team with the aim of growing the customer base
Implementing, contributing to and maintaining office-based Sales procedures in accordance with the applicable Martec Standard Practices and the Martec Quality system, whilst maintaining and exceeding the departmental and individual KPI requirements
Preparing and following up quotations in a timely fashion and processing orders
Sourcing quotes from multiple suppliers for repeat part quotes, as appropriate
Maintaining our customer database, ensuring that all activities from the team are recorded within the Opportunity Tracker where appropriate and providing reports and analysis as required
Providing customer liaison in the event of delays or issues with products and services
Providing management with information relating to the sales pipeline and quotation performance
Supporting in general sales administration activities as required, such as export compliance tasks and NDA completion
Key Requirements
• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, Grade C or above
• Customer Service and Account Management (customer enquires, quotations, managing the order process and shipments, etc)
• PC literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, achieve sales target, prioritise workload and manage multiple projects at once
• Organised
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 08.00 -16:30
Friday 08:00 - 13:30
