The Best Connection Ashford are recruiting for Factory Operatives based in Charing, just outside of Ashford. Inductions available Immediately
This is an on-going role with fantastic opportunities for the right candidates.
Pay & Shifts:
22:00-06:00
Monday – Thursday (No Weekends)
There may be a potential to work Friday nights once you are fully trained.
Benefits:
• Full time hours available.
• 28 days holiday.
• Free Parking on site.
• Optional Personal accident insurance.
• Permanent employment opportunities after a qualifying period.
Main Responsibilities:
• Working on various production lines.
• General factory cleaning and maintaining a tidy working area.
• Assisting in the achievement of daily production targets.
• Checking quality of products and packaging to ensure industry standards are being met.
• Following company procedures to comply with healthy and safety regulations.
Due to the nature of the business this is a chilled factory.
Pay rate £9.75 per hour
Food safe PPE will be provided.
Some roles will require heavy lifting however, there are a number of roles that will only require light duties.
