Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operatives for our client, a well respected FMCG manufacturer based in Folkestone.

Working hours: 6pm – 6pm (nights) on a 4 on 4 off basis

Salary: Competitive DOE (+ shift allowance for nights)

As a Production Operator you will be responsible for:


Ensuring that the high-speed production lines run effectively and efficiently

Identifying and rectifying and faults quickly

Maintaining high quality manufacturing checks

Completing line start up checks, change overs and wash downs


Experience required:

Problem solving skills

Positive mindset and willingness to learn

Previous experience of working within FMCG manufacturing environment

A good standard of verbal and written English

Basic understanding of Mathematics and working with computers
