Job purpose: To process Policies, Claims and accounting transactions to meet set deadlines whilst maintaining agreed accuracy standards



Key accountabilities

* Entry of their underwriting policy data and endorsements in their system within set monthly deadlines, liaising with Underwriters as necessary
* Entry of their claims record data and LIMCLM processing in their system within set monthly deadlines, liaising with Claim Adjusters as necessary
* Processing of all daily premium and claims transactions for both the company and Run-Off in their system to meet set monthly deadlines
* Liaison with brokers to complete corrections and solve queries
* Action Notice of Cancellation issuance for underwriters and monitor broker responses until premium paid or the company comes off risk
* Participate in Written to Closed premium reconciliation and updated reports with comments on progress for review at monthly credit control meetings
* Meeting department service levels
* Meeting training and development goals

Skills and Knowledge

* London insurance market experience ideally in Aviation (approx. 5+ years' experience)
* Progression towards or aspirations to complete ACII
* Ability to work on own initiative within set parameters
* Good customer service skills
* Confident understanding of relevant software / systems and keyboard skills

* Ability to work on own initiative within set parameters

* Desire to resolve problems with minimum supervision with an understanding of when to ask for assistance
