A proven Manufacturing/Process Engineer with tangible experience of working within a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment is required to join a fast growing independently owned business with impressive market share across their product categories.

The role will see the successful candidate join the firm as the Manufacturing/Process Engineer responsible for supporting the production team by optimizing the manufacturing processes within the business. Including such tasks as advising on new machinery, equipment, tooling and workflow layout. Knowledge of ISO 9001/ Lean/ Six sigma and 5S

Recently expanded the manufacturing facility to double the footprint and output of the site, part of this role to lead on projects to aid manufacturing development across the facility, pulling upon internal subject matter experts concerning automation/process and quality

The ideal applicant will have pre-existing experience of working within a manufacturing setting - preferably a fast-paced, aerospace manufacturing environment.

Evident Project Management skills are required - you will be a strong communicator who will be able to lead a skilled team in achieving project deliverable across the plant within budget. You'll be a confident, natural leader of staff - an individual who can nurture, develop, and continually improve an already skilled team.

Candidates will ideally possess a Degree within Engineering and hold at least 3 years experience within a related sector
