Customer Services Representative - x 2
12-month Fixed term contract
£21,930 per annum
35 hours per week
Kings Hill
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative x 2 on a 12 month fixed term contract for our client based on Kings Hill.
You should have previous experience of working within a busy Customer Service department and should be a strong multi tasker with the ability to prioritise your workload in order to meet internal deadlines.
Responsibilities
* To act as first point of contact for existing and potential customers, handling their communications, including complaints and queries, written and verbal, visiting and meeting with them as required, providing the highest level of customer service which meets and exceeds the needs of both internal and external customers.
* Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner - phone and email
* Develop excellent relationships with both internal customers
* Accurately processing data on to in-house system
* Be proactive in the suggestion and development of new work processes and procedures and assist with the implementation of solutions
* Comply with all relevant data standards
Skills
* Previous experience within a office based customer service team
* Excellent data processing skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Great organisational and telephone skills are essential
* Strong IT skills and be able to work professionally whilst under pressure
* Great team player skills with a positive attitude
* Competent in communicating with all levels of staff/team members
