Finance and Operations Assistant

We are working with a leading and growing business on the South Kent Coast that is going through an interesting period of change and development in the world of eCommerce.
We have a great opportunity for an Assistant across Finance and Operations to report into a management accountant.
To perform this role you will have previous experience working across all areas of finance & support functions, including:
*Sales Ledger
*Purchase Ledger
*Credit Control, Payment Processing & Bank reconciliation
*Procurement
Other duties
*Managing returns process
*Outbound telephone call to suppliers: updating of customer orders and delivery dates
*Procurement & Administrative Processes
*Performing data entry roles, including updating financial and legal information
*Supporting various administration tasks for the Logistics and HR department.
*Outbound telephone calls updating of customer orders and delivery dates
Skills required
*Fully conversant with Sage 200 cloud professional
*Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams)
*Excellent problem-solving & research skills
*Handling confidential information with integrity & honesty
*You will have an innovative and agile approach to identify new ideas and methods
*You will be focused, resilient and result-driven, with an appetite to get the job done
