Senior Consultant - Life Ceded Reinsurance

- City of London & WFH flexibility

Our client is seeking to hire a Senior Consultant with in-depth experience and knowledge of Life ceded reinsurance programmes.
In this role you will be given a wide brief and work on behalf of the cedant being responsible for strategy and management of their complex outwards protection programmes.
* Supporting the development of programme strategy and roadmap
* Define processes and procedures
* Coordinate various stakeholders within project and across business - manage communication at all levels and across different regions.
* Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse needs
* Challenge business units
* Running stakeholder workshops to identify business requirements
Candidate requirements
- Technical knowledge of Life reinsurance is essential
- Experience of complex reinsurance programmes
- Experience of Business Management Process
- Stakeholder management
- Experience of change , business analysis and project management
