Superb opportunity for a Finance Manager to join an excellent start up. You will be tasked with setting up robust financial management systems across the business and ensuring a tight and well-ordered financial ship.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce accurate management accounts for the company
- Leading the weekly finance review with the Account Directors to gather all relevant information and ensure the revenue pipeline is accurate and up to date
- Take a lead on process and systems enhancement
- Ensure all transactional finance is performed positively and accurately
- Owning payroll; ensuring all new starters are communicated to the external accountants and organised on a timely basis
You will be a qualified Accountant (ACMA/ ACCA/ ACA) with experience of general day to day finance management. The role is very hands on, therefore, candidates must be comfortable in covering workload at all levels, `chipping in` to the overall success of the business. You will be positive in your outlook and able to bring finance innovation into the business.
