Our client, who specialises in professional services across a range of industries are looking for a Corporate Lawyer advising on and leading corporate transactional work.

Responsibilities:

* Advising on a range of corporate Mergers & Acquisitions
* Draft, Negotiate and review transactional documents
* Build and maintain client relationships

Person Specification:

* Minimum 3 years experience
* Excellent knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Pragmatic and solution orientated approach
* Embraces technology and processes
* Skilled at analysing and managing risks
* A strong desire to support others and provide the best service possible
