What we need from you:
Flexibility, dedication and a willingness to learn

Ability to cover and commit to day and night shifts when required
Able to manage own transport needs to and from work

Your responsibilities for this role would be:
Delivering high quality care
Ability to cover shifts at short notice when required
Monitoring changes in the service user and communicating this to senior staff
Accurate recording keeping
