Client Relationship / Customer Care Executive
Near West Malling
Permanent, Full Time
A well established and growing international manufacturing company offering a niche product range are seeking an experienced client relationship / customer care individual to join their business.
This will be to look after the sales order process for dedicated territories from initial entry into the booking system through to delivery to the customer. Previous experience in a similar role is essential as is a customer-centric approach to your work ethic.
Duties
*Creating new customer accounts
*Checking credit limits on 'CreditSafe' system
*Raising Sales Estimates for orders and prepayment proforma requests, emailing to customers, chasing for payment
*Raising Sales Order
*Chase clients or the sales team for any outstanding details
*Stock checks for both orders and internal customers
*Creating new part requests / completing orders
*Dealing with amendments to orders
*Dealing with delays to orders ensuring the customer and internal departments are updated
*Liaising with Workshop/Delivery Team to book and coordinate shipping containers
*Raising 'Sample' orders
*Handle incoming enquiries and deal with these or pass on to the internal or external team
*Answer lead time queries from clients
*Emailing Sales Acknowledgements for orders
Requirements
*Ability to prioritise urgent and important work over non-urgent or important tasks
*Ability to cover for other team members when on leave or to relieve excessive workloads
*Prior order processing experience
*Exceptional level of customer service
*QuickBooks experience essential
*Organised, pro-active and efficient
*Always completes the job with a strong emphasis on sticking to timelines
This is a permanent full-time role working Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm
