Customer Service Advisor



Canterbury, Kent



19K plus OTE



Permanent



Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm & every other Saturday 9am-1pm



Our client, a large, competitive insurance provider in Canterbury, is currently looking to recruit Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.



Duties of the Customer Service Advisor



* Supporting all areas of the business by ensuring that that all required and supporting documentation for customers and insurers is provided within established service level agreements and in a compliant manner.
* Dealing with after sales Insurer and customer queries and complaints via phone, email and post.
* Acting in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
* Identifying potential customer issues and vulnerabilities and adapting process accordingly.
* Working closely with colleagues to support and achieve company objectives.
* Accurately and efficiently processing work through internal and external systems.
* Achieving and exceeding all personal performance and quality targets.
* Working as a team to achieve and exceed all departmental targets.



Person Specification of the Customer Service Advisor



* Excellent communication skills as the role involves telephone support
* Previous experience working in a customer service/call centre environment
* Knowledge of the insurance industry would be desirable
* Experience with MS Office products
