RESPONSIBILITIES
To plan and maintain a diverse, stimulating activity programme for residents based on individual need and capability in liaison with the residents, care staff and relatives.
To line manage the Activities assistants
To line manage the team of Pembroke House Friends
To liaise with other charities/companies when planning activity programme
To produce a full and varied programme of activities and events liaising closely with the Home Manager;
To be responsible for completing risk assessments pertaining to activities and
maintaining records as required by the Care Quality Commission;
To remain flexible and able to cover events/activities during unsocial hours and weekends.
