We are seeking a highly effective, motivated and proactive individual for the post of Practice Business Manager to work with us for three days per week (24 hours).
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be driven to optimise the ability of the practice to deliver care to its patients and also help to develop the practice to improve service delivery and sustainability in the longer term.
The post requires solid leadership skills and experience in HR, finance and project delivery.
The Practice Business Manager will be responsible for business planning, compliance, finance, and delivery of key services across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the practice alongside our Practice Manager.
Working with the partners and practice manager you will be supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team, you will be responsible for the daily smooth running of the practice and making the practice thrive in the ever changing and challenging world of primary care.

Salary £37,000-£40,000

About us:
The Wells Medical Practice care for 18,600 patients and is situated in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. There are 8 GP partners, 6 salaried GPs, 5 practice nurses, 3 HCAs plus admin and reception teams. We aim to be proactive in navigating the challenges of Primary Care. We are part of Tunbridge Wells Primary Care Network and also part of West Kent Health, which is chaired by Dr Koshal one of the GP partners. Our aim is to deliver holistic healthcare to our patients and a happy workplace for our team.

We are looking for a motivated, productive and proactive individual with a demonstrable career in finance, HR, business and strategic management.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Manager to provide seamless management of the practice, with a particular focus on finance and income generation.
