Our client, a leading specialist in workspace locations across the UK is currently looking for an Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Work with external accountants to build forecasting and cashflow models
* Manage, maintain Analyse and identify processes in need of improvement
* Deal with accounting queries and issues
* Assist with monthly management accounts
* Assist with statutory accounts
* Assist with VAT returns
* Assist with audits
* Other duties as deemed reasonable
Person Specification:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
* Accurate and high attention to detail
* Part qualified CIMA/ACCA
* 2 years' experience in a similar role
