My client is looking for a Credit Controller to join its friendly credit control team.
Responsibilities include:
Management of your own debtors ledger
Credit control by phone and email
Ensuring customers pay their invoices on time
Allocating payments
Dealing with customer queries
Credit checking and assessing credit limits
Liaising with internal colleagues if there any invoice queries
Accurate record keeping
Skills and Experience:
Credit control experience
Ability to collect debtor payments
Excellent telephone manner and written skills
Good knowledge of Excel and Word
Accuracy
Methodical
Team player
Flexibility
Please note, our client uses a bespoke cash allocation system so full training with be provided.
Benefits include:
25 working days holiday, plus statutory holidays.
Onsite parking
Contributory scheme
Please note, this role is office based. In addition, hours of work are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
One hour lunch break.
