Office Coordinator – up to £30,000



Are you highly organised, and motivated, with excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills?

Have you had professional experience with managing schedules / rotas or operations?

Will you thrive in a busy, fun fast paced environment?



Then this is the role for you!



Based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells town, with flexibility for hybrid working, our amazing client are looking for a new team member to join their Head Office team



Having taken on a series of large scale contracts across the UK, this position will play a crucial role in managing the end to end delivery of service; working as part of a team to help manage a key region of clients in the UK.
Typical day-to-day tasks might involve:- client and supplier liaison, project and timeline planning, document creation and job order logging, schedule creation and rota management, as well as related administration tasks.



Generous Salary – Up to £30,000

Easily accessible from T. Wells train station

Training will be provided

Any experience considered – ideally the role best suits a candidate with experience managing schedules and rotas such as within a scheduling, logistics or operations style position
