Quality Manager (IT Service)
Kings Hill - Remote working options available
Full-time 37 hours per week

KHR are currently supporting a business with offices based in West Malling that partners with businesses to deliver insight-driven solutions across IT, HR, and Finance.
As Quality Manager, you will lead on Quality Management for the services provided by the business ensuring 'consistent delivery of products and services which are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations. Deliver functional and process analysis, challenge and expert advice to ensure
service delivery is underpinned by robust and effective quality and risk management. Provide assurance that service delivery is compliant with legal requirements, best practice and internal business standards and ensure relevant external certifications are achieved and maintained. Establish, integrate and communicate best practice across the business through effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Experience of best practice quality, risk, information security, environmental and business continuity management including the design of effective controls
- Experience of leading quality improvement and external certification projects
- Experience of delivering internal audits
- Experience of process review and design, and of reporting functions, including devising regular and other ad hoc reports
- Successful experience of managing change
- Experience of managing others indirectly and leading cross-disciplinary project teams
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of best practice quality, risk, information security, environmental and business continuity management including
relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001/14001/22301/27001/31000)
- Good awareness of information governance, data protection and confidentiality issues
