Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: South Kent (Folkestone)

Remote/Hybrid available



Are you a creative, experienced marketing executive looking for your next challenge in E-commerce?

This fast-growing company are looking for the right person to join their dynamic and enthusiastic marketing team, working across B2B and B2C audiences.

Duties include:

* Creating and delivering multi-channel marketing initiatives that will contribute to achieving business growth targets.
* Developing and implementing a social media strategy, including monitoring engagement and results, and optimising paid advertising across these platforms.
* Creating an email marketing strategy that will build and develop customer relationships and managing the delivery of this.
* Working with other departments to develop promotional assets and tools and create innovative campaign ideas.
* Ensuring appropriate tracking and reporting systems in place to provide data to monitor and analyse results to develop recommendations for improvement and changes.
* Conducting market research activities to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitors.



The successful candidate will have:

* A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or similar related field, alongside experience in a marketing executive, or similar, role - ideally within e-commerce.
* Solid experience in the use of social media and social management tools.
* Confidence using graphic design platforms such as InDesign, Photoshop or Canva, as well as knowledge of MailChimp or similar, and good computer skills with Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
* Fantastic written and verbal communication skills, including effective editing and awareness of the importance of maintaining brand styles and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, such as SEO and web analytics.
* A flexible, creative and pro-active approach, with the ability to effectively manage time whilst supervising multiple projects.
* Some knowledge of building products would be ideal, although product training will be provided.
