Senior Accountancy Product Manager, £60,000, West London, Remote working

Are you a practice accountant longing for something different, a new and exciting challenge? A vibrant technology company based in West London is looking to hire a Senior Accountancy Product Manager. This job can be performed entirely remotely, but occasionally you will be required in the office. In this role, you will use your accountancy knowledge along with the extensive technology and systems training you will be provided to guide and consult customers to make the most out of their accounting software.

Your new role
As a Senior Accountancy Product Manager, your duties will include:

* Providing Finance Directors and accountants with support on understanding their accounting systems
* Supporting Finance directors and accountants in systems implementations, challenges and resolving problems
* Support your team in understanding the user stories for various systems and producing appropriate supporting material to provide to clients
* Maintain understanding of relevant changes to software legislation on the customers' available applications
* Producing legislative driven business rules and specifications
* Assisting customers with any issues or technical queries
* Training the support team in new functions and featured releases for their systems
* Work closely with the product owner to establish all supporting material required with the release of the systems product such as release notes, website content, newsletter article, help forums, etc

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed here, you MUST have the following:

* Preferably, an accounting body qualification (AAT, CT, ACCA, ACA, etc)
* Preferably, experience in an accountancy practice
* A passion for learning new skills and a desire to help fellow finance professional
* A passion for systems and a desire to get away from day-to-day reporting roles
* Experience using practice management accounting systems (Caseware, Xero Practice Management, Dext, Glide, Goproposal)
