Client Service Agent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Agent to join a fantastic global company based in their Maidstone office. Excellent customer service skills and great attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to work in a team.
There are two different shift patterns, 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm.
£22,000 per annum
RESPONSIBILITIES - What you'll be doing
* Answering incoming calls, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely fashion
* Checking and verifying information following standard procedures
* Providing excellent customer care to all customers
* Dealing with any associated administration where necessary
* Ensure internal processes and training materials are accurate and up to date
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, preferably 1 year minimum
* Great attention to detail
* Excellent Teamwork skills
* The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
