We are currently looking for a Pay and Bill Accounts Assistant for our client in Kings Hill
Duties
* Ideally knowledge of recruitment sector
* Good understanding of working with systems
* Good working knowledge of excel, ideally be able to use pivot tables and vlookups
* Working to deadlines on a weekly basis
* Attention to detail and accurate
* Self-motivated
Experience required
* Competent on full range of Microsoft programs, particularly Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* High standard of numeracy and literacy
* Have experience with a Finance team
Office and remote working
safe tempest or Access pay & bill software - ideal but not essential
Salary - £22-26k depending on experience
Monday to friday 37.5 hours per week
