Ideal are recruiting for an Internal Resourcing Consultant to work on a permanent basis, joining the already established resourcing team . This opportunity would suit someone who has previously worked in a resourcing or recruitment assistant role and is now looking to gain more experience in recruitment, in the IT, digital healthcare and the NHS sector.
The successful candidate will be a bright and ambitious individual with strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills. Previous recruitment experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided. You will be required to work with our dedicated Sales Team and Practice Directors to recruit for current vacancies and establish talent pools for pipeline projects.
This is an exciting and rewarding position where you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of IT and technical roles within the NHS ranging from short term projects to large-scale programmes.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our Resourcing Team and be responsible for:
* Sourcing candidates using methods such as social media, job boards, internal databases and networks
* High volume recruitment for short-term client contracts and projects
* Writing adverts, handling responses and shortlisting
* Organising candidate interviews
* Qualifying/interviewing candidates via phone, face to face, email and social media in a professional, confident and friendly manner
* Ensuring legislative compliance of candidates prior to deployment
To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate the following:
* Sound judgement and effective relationship management
* The ability to work independently
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
* Confidence communicating job roles to candidates (both verbally and in written form)
* A highly organised approach and the ability to manage your workload
